Introduction Welcome to B4Backpackers. By booking a trip with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. All bookings must be made through our official website or authorised agents.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required to secure your booking.
3. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 31 days before the trip start date.
4. If the booking is made within 31days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation by the Client
   • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to our customer service team.
6. If you cancel your trip more than 31 days before the departure date, you will forfeit the deposit but will not be liable for the remaining balance.
7. If you cancel within 31 days of the departure date, no refund will be provided, and you are required to pay the full amount for the trip.
8. Cancellation by B4Backpackers
   • We reserve the right to cancel any trip if the minimum number of participants is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other events beyond our control.
   • In the event of a cancellation by B4Backpackers, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another trip.
9. Refund Policy for Unforeseen Events:
   • If an unforeseen event occurs during the trip, such as severe weather conditions, or incidents caused by the behavior of other individuals, or road accidents, any refunds provided will not be issued in the form of cash.
   • Instead, refunds will be provided solely as vouchers, which can be used for future trips or services with our company.
   • This policy applies only if the trip has already commenced. No cash refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
   • Usage of Vouchers:
     • Vouchers issued as refunds can only be redeemed for services offered by our company and are subject to availability.
     • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary compensation.
10. Changes to Your Booking
    • If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.
    • Any changes made within 31 days of the departure date may incur additional charges.
11. Travel Insurance
    • Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. It must cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, and cancellation.
    • Proof of insurance must be provided before the trip departure.
12. Health and Safety
    • Participants must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
    • We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for the trip.
13. Conduct
    • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other group members and local communities.
    • B4Backpackers reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves in a way that is disruptive or harmful to the group.
14. Liability
    • B4Backpackers is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness that occurs during the trip.
    • Participants must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by B4Backpackers and its representatives.
15. Governing Law
    • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
    • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

By booking a trip with B4Backpackers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
